The below solution might be helpful after Reltio provides the API Platform access.
Only the admin user with the ROLE_INTEGRATION_CUSTOMER_ADMIN role can access the 'On-prem group' and 'API platform' tools. This issue could happen If a user was assigned two RIH roles at the same time. Make sure that admin users do not have the second role ROLE_INTEGRATION_SPECIALIST.
If the admin user was provided 2 RIH roles, delete the second role to gain access to these tools.
