Reltio Connect

Hi,

We are leveraging the Reltio Loqate address API to validate the address details, and we found that if the address has additional details like (Attn: or C/O etc.), the validation response is incorrect.

For ex: if the address is  " Attn: Payments Dept, 123 Main St City, State, 12345". the address validation is not giving the correct validation data.

Are there any configurations or other ways to ignore/parse these additional details before validating the address?

I would suggest first pre-processing the address data by removing anything that you see that is resulting in poor validation. Please review the documentation on our S3 File Cleanser this should allow you to strip out the "Attn: Payments Dept, " before using the Reltio Address cleanser.
