Will check on the workaround for the same and will post here on any further observations.

Hi Nidheesh,
In your first hierarchy 5153542 is Parent of 5153543
In the second screenshot 5153543 is parent of 1008010.
If this understanding is correct then two hierarchies may be set up in different direction. One Parent->Child and other one reversed.
If directions are different then that may create confusion.
Can you please check that or kindly raise a support ticket for our team to investigate?

Hi @Abhradeep Sengupta, yeah. It displays, the children of 5153543 and not the parent of the same. We need the parent of 5153543 to be visible.

Hi Nidheesh ,
Thanks for your question.
In the second screenshot you have provided the image of UI of Items entity type that displays ListItemHierarchy .
In this , for the node "5153543" - there is an arrow associated with the icon.
Have you tried clicking that arrow?
As per my understanding it should show 5153542. Are you looking for that information only?
Please let me know if there is any gap in my understanding

Hello experts,
Let's say we have 2 entity types. Lists and Items.
Lists have their own parent child relationship(configuration/relationTypes/ListRelationship) and a hierarchy(ListHierarchy) with this relationship. So UI of Lists entity type displays ListHierarchy like:

Where, 5153542 is the parent and 5153542 is the child.
And, Lists and Items have a relationship between them(configuration/relationTypes/ListItemRelationship) with a hierarchy(ListItemHierarchy) that has both the relationship(configuration/relationTypes/ListRelationship and configuration/relationTypes/ListItemRelationship). So UI of Items entity type displays ListItemHierarchy like:

Where, 5153543 is of List entity type(parent) and 1008010(child) being of Items entity type.
Now, can we bring in the parent of 5153543 as well in this hierarchy as we have ListRelationship too defined in our ListItemHierarchy, it would be good to have parent of 5153543 as well.
Is this hop possible? Please advice.
