I would like to what are the limitations in the free tier account and whether or not I can load a set of data of different entity and define its mappings, rules, match jobs, merge jobs, and all other configurations separately or not?

Hi Ishita,
In Identity360  free tier version you can load data and execute match-merge jobs. However it does not allow to customize pre-defined configurations. So it is not possible to add/modify entity or related attributes and match-merge rules. Hope this answers your question. Let us know if you need further clarification
