  • 1.  How to delete Rating.

    Hi All,

    I have a requirement to delete the relation between HCP and HCO. This relation is from two sources "SFA" and "HCOS". Relation from SFA is only to be deleted. I am able to delete the relation from source SFA by deleting the relation crosswalk from SFA. 

    Now, this relation is rated from both SFA and HCOS source. Please can you suggest how to delete the rating which is done from SFA source.

    Hi Joycee,

    Can you share some additional details?  how was the relationship deleted?  Via API, UI?  If you deleted the SFA crosswalk I would not have expected the relationship to show for both sources.  But perhaps I am misunderstanding the problem.  If you did this via postman, the API and message body would be helpful.  If you are doing it via the UI, then a quick movie would help.
