Though the system advertised as being BIG Data scalable and elastic BIG Data it can be very slow at times and we are being told to have multi-tenants that increases Silos

Thanks for the post! One of the biggest things you can do to improve performance within Reltio is creating a denormalized data structure with minimal use of Reference Attributes.  Reference attributes act as joins between different entity types and incurs more overhead in Reltio processing.  If reference attributes have to be used, leveraging immutable reference attributes will dramatically help you!

BIG Data isn't always about fast performance; it is about consistent performance with large volumes of data.

I have personally witnessed that Reltio tenants offer similar performance whether they have 4,000 records or 40,000,000 records.

Depending on the type of operation you are performing, your data model can impact performance for large objects, or objects which are the results of a high number of profiles being merged.

I would like to understand your use case further which advocated for multiple tenants.
