Hi All,
As per Reltio document for getting an organization match(Get Match button) from D&B, the organization's name and address is considered to search for the matching organizations in D&B.
We are trying to hit Get match with a specific attribute other than name and address. Is there any way we can change the config to send any other specific attribute for getting matches from D&B?
If yes, where can we change the config for this?

What specific attributes are you trying to use within D&B Match?  Besides Name & Address you should be able to use Phone, National/VAT #, URL or domain.

I am trying to use a specific Business VAT value along side Name and Address(default one's). The catch is ,
-> The VAT value is different for different countries and differs form Business Owners to Owners

-> We are maintaining this attribute as 'rhgVAT' in our L3 configuration, so I am unsure how it is maintained in D&B. SO I am trying to hit with the VAT value for a profile.

Please let me know if any other information is required from my end. If required we can get into a call.

Hi Aditya,

Unfortunately, the connector is not configurable this way at this time.  

If you believe this is important functionality that would benefit other customers, I suggest adding an idea to the Aha! portal and having others vote on it to increase the visibility of this requirement to product management.

Hi Aditya,

Based on Gino's response we can look at a way to accomplish this D&B Matching outside of Reltio until the Connector can add this to it's features.  Feel free to reach me at dalyj@dnb.com and we can look for some options.

Just confirming you have what you need at the moment.  Also, would you mind posting a Reltio Aha! with the suggestion to add the VAT search to the D&B Connector?  This will help to get it prioritized.
