We have a use case where we have to create Customer Hierarchy within our Customer Entity using attributes from D&B which are available as reference attributes within Customer Entity.

For Eg : Customer 1234 has is tagged to a DUNS number A and has say has a parent DUNS : B - Customer 5678 has  DUNS number: B.

Now in this case - a relationship needs to be created from Customer 1234 ---Child of-> Customer 5679.

Appreciate anyone for sharing the experience who have solved for this use case to create the hierarchy on an ongoing basis.

Hi Rahul,

I assume you have a typo in your question where the child of is Customer 5678, not 9....

The D&B connector does this for you automatically.
