  • 1.  How Can We Tell Which Match Rule was Used?

    We are having some match rule issues during merging but are not certain which ones are the problem.  How we can see which match rule caused a merge once it already has happened?  I see where you can see this for a potential match to know why the match is proposed, but once the merge has occurred, how do we know why?

    Not really sure , but aren't these details available in the activity logs of the profile .

    You can run the GET Crosswalk Tree API.

    GET  https://{{env}}.reltio.com/reltio/api/{tenantID}}/entities/entityID/_crosswalkTree
