Hi Team, 

Just want to know the effectiveness and limitation of using Address cleanser in Reltio.
I tried to clean the address by testing it in locate by passing only CITY, STATE, COUNTRY, ZIPCODE only.
Trying to understand what happens when input without Address line 1,2 are passed.

My Objective is to send CITY and get STATE, COUNTRY, ZIPCODE attributes.
Or what is the best way to fetch details using City & State,

Without Street Address, It would always be a partially verified Address as the Address would belong to whole Zip or City. Interesting to understand the business use here.
