  • 1.  Load Large entity Data into Reltio

    Posted 10-05-2022 03:19
    Hi ,

We want to build an integration that will bring daily entity data of 50K (max can be 100 K sometimes)

There is the option to use RIH and if we don't want to use RIH file-based data to import into Reltio
And if we use entity creation API for this case where are have entity attributes around 10 to 20 Will this be feasible

If you see any other way of doing this integration please let us know the standard practice as well if any .

    Regards,
    Nitin Tugave

    Hi Nitin,
Practically it is possible.  We load atleast 0.2 million record ( update + insert) into our tenants on daily basis using the entities API.  We have 40-50 attributes in each entity.

These APIs gives a good performance and we dont see any issues on using them.

    Hi Nitin,

If the file will be in cloud storage or on a sFTP site, you can also schedule a recurring data loader job.  RIH is a good solution, but you've got options.

    Hi Gino Fortunato,

This is also one of the  option we can use . Thanks for the information .

I was trying to connect sFTP using RIH but could not able to connect . even after giving correct information it is giving error .
Do i need to open any fire wall for the host to get it connected .
please let me know if there is any additional steps needed to connect sFTP

    regards,

Sorry you are having this problem.  Are you connecting with username/password authentication?  If so, that should work very easily.  There is a note in the connection to Contact your SFTP server administrator to whitelist Workato IP addresses.  Is it possible that you need to do this?
