I understand that Reltio's address validation capabilities are backed by Loqate. Is Loqate able to detect what county, perish, or equivalent that a customer belongs to? Thanks in advance.

Hi Sarah,
The short answer is, Yes it is able to determine the county. 

You can see what is available for output mapping in the Reltio address cleanser documentation
If you check the link you will see an element called SubAdministrativeArea. If you check the Loqate docs you will see that SubAdministrativeArea is the county of the address.
You may use Loqate's free tool for quick experimentation here. 
Another way to test is to use the Reltio Console built in capabilities.
