Reltio Connect

Team, 

I see reltio uses workato for RIH & recipies Lifecycle management & it has apis to support the automation for export & import of recipies. How can we use those apis with reltio ? . Can we directly call workato api ? if yes then how to authenticate with workato apis with reltio token.
