If your requirement is to alter existing DCR before approving, that is not supported in my knowledge. However you can provide edit access to specific attribute, allowing reviewer to update only specific attribute post approval of DCR. Additional reviewer can create another DCR and workflow can be customized to auto approve if raised by users with specific rule
