We have a requirement where customer First Name would be survived based the Source Priority along with last updated time from Source . As and example,  (Source A, B, C)  Source A is the highest Priority and C is the lowest Priority. If the update from Source A is Older than One year, then Source B would be survived provided Source B data is not older than one Year... and so on..

Any idea how this can be fulfilled without doing lot of custom process?

There is no OOTB solution for this. You can create an enhancement request on Ideas portal so the team can check its feasibility.
