@Chris Detzel - Any pointers? We have configured L3 with 3 processes in Chain but still not sure which one is actually being considered for cleaning a particular Profile.

Hello Prasad,
Tried but "pre" is behaving the same as with CASS.
That is the reason we are looking to explore the "chain" so that any address which is not verified by CASS goes to Next level in Chain for cleasining.
Input Address:
Addressline 1- 6850 Fry Rd
City- Cypress
State- TX
Zip5- 77433
Country- US
Both in CASS and Pre the AddressLine 1 is changing to 6850 Ferry Rd and Verification Status remains "Partially Verified"
wherein normal Loqate process without CASS the Input address comes as Verified address.
Screenshot Without CASS and
WITH CASS or/and PRE

Hello Deepak,
Thank you for posting this question, it is an interesting ask. We do have a provision where we can support CASS and non-CASS calls without chain cleansing. This information is available on the doc portal at - Preprocessing Location Data
Reltio | remove preview |
| Preprocessing Location Data | To improve CASS/SERP address cleansing, Reltio's Cleanse module supports preprocessing of location data before sending the data to the address cleansing function. It is often beneficial to perform preprocessing of location data before feeding it to the CASS or SERP engine. | View this on Reltio > |

With this configuration, if the quality of address from CASS cleansing is not good (either Partially verified or Unverified), we run it through a non-CASS cleansing and use the output to feed it back to the CASS cleansing engine. This improves the quality of cleansed addresses but with a small price of performance as it has to go through 2 cleanse calls for poor quality addresses.
Hope this helps!

Subject: Address cleansing - Configuring Chain Cleansing
Hello Reltio users,
Is anyone using Chain Cleansing feature for address cleaning and standardization? If scenarios, sample configuration, and understanding can be shared as we are facing difficulties in Address cleaning where CASS (for US address) is not returning the desired output and input and output address is completely changing and showing up as Partially verified whereas without CASS input address is standardized and verfied.
Before we do a poc wanted to validate the understanding of Chain Cleansing functionality where the expectation at our end is
The address will be first cleansed with 1st process in "Chain" if returned Unverified (Partially verified or Ambiguous or UnVerifed ) only then it will go to the next process in "chain" sequence and the last process in sequence will be the default.
Any help and pointers are much appriciated.
