When we map source raw value to standard canonical value, we have ability to map multiple raw values to same canonical value. If we use the reverse lookup parameter in the GET API, which raw value would the system return.

I think you are also saying that if resolveLookupCode = TRUE, then the canonical value is stored with the entity attribute. If we change the canonical definition, the updated canonical definition is not pushed to the existing entities having the old canonical definition. Is that correct?  If so, can we reindex or something to get the new canonical definition pushed to the existing records?

Several questions: 

Does the Role_Admin_Tenant allow someone to suggest? Is there a role that will allow someone to create and update lookups but not suggest. Sometimes people select that by accident when it is not needed they can just add/modify themselves and don't need approvals.

What if you don't drag and drop the unmapped values and just create manually? How do you get them to clear?

If different sources have the same codes/values, is there a way to copy the setup across multiple sources?

If a value is disabled, it seems like it shows as an unmapped value but that isn't really the case. Is that correct?

Is RDM independent of MDM within Reltio? meaning regardless of reference data being part of master data can Reltio be used to independently broker reference data with source systems that not only provide master data but also are pure consumers of reference data

Hi Nalini ,

Thanks for your question. Reltio RDM can be used as independent application. It means - It can manage Broker reference data without any MDM tenant associated with it. In this case - it will consume different lookup types from different sources and standardize them and share with one or more consuming systems. We can get in touch to discuss the requirements further in detail to determine the best possible solution approach for this data set.

Can we load RDM data (for new source) without truncating existing data ? At times it's difficult even with the data loader utility as export format is different and mapping to existing data (like state/sic etc.) is always a challenge.
