    Hi Team,

    There are requirements that can be met by utilizing RIH recipes together with workflows to accomplish certain business operations.

    Is it possible to call the RIH recipe from the Reltio workflow?

    if yes. Please provide us with the documents related to this process.

    @Chris Detzel

    In one of the Reltio RIH workshops, the Reltio Team told us it might be possible.

    @BHARATH K P I think this is possible. Let me know if this helps. Also, maybe @Daniel Gage can help answer additional questions.

    So we can support this, but it's not a native integration.  The RIH recipe would need to be developed as an API to be independently invoked.  Once your desired functionality is available via a secured API, you could then develop a Workflow Service Task (in java) which could then invoke the RIH process.

    So while this is technically possible I would encourage you to work with the Reltio Architecture Review Board to ensure this approach will not cause unexpected performance overhead.  It's possible that based on your business requirements there could be another, more feasible approach.

    @Chris Detzel and @Daniel Gage Thank you for the quick response.

                   The RIH recipe would need to be developed as an API to be independently invoked.

    For the above point, can you please let us know, what are the steps for developing and deploying RIH recipe as an API which can be invoked independently. Can we expect Reltio support for that API once created.

    When creating a new recipe, indicate that you want to "Build an API endpoint".  If this feature is not enabled, contact your Customer Success Manager.

    Reltio should support the RIH platform for defined capabilities and resilience. The contents of any API you build will need to be tested and validated by your QA team.
