    Posted 11 days ago

    Hello,

Is there a way to extract a crosswalk's Reltio Load Date?  I'm concerned that we have some stale crosswalk data, which is no longer being updated and negatively affecting our profiles.

    Thanks

    Bill

    Hi William,

The thumb rule is that if you can query Reltio data/attributes using Postman using Rest API then you should be be able to find the values for Reltio Load Date. Did you try that in postman for a given Reltio URI (Entity ID)? This support link from Reltio can help you find out those attribute names. Not sure if you are using RIH (Reltio Integrations Hub). They have a connector for Reltio using RIH that can fetch Reltio Load Date as well.

    Hi William,

    1. Use Advance Search  based on ReltioLoadDate and export only crosswalks
    2. Alternatively, use the export API,  with the following select=uri, label, type, createdBy, crosswalks.reltioLoadDate, createdtime, updatedBy,updatedTime

    Hope this helps
