Reltio Integration Hub

Hello

I am working on a project where  we have an Informatica MDM already in place and now we are implementing Reltio. We need to migrate the configuration as well as Data into the new Tenant. 

Is there a project plan template which can be followed? Also, what are some gotchas and things to keep in mind, while doing the migration. Are there any known bugs/issues and/or modifications that we need to make so that the data is imported correctly.
