If we change the survivorship rule then it will re-calculate the OV but the record will not update.
How can this change will go to SQS queue?

Generally, we change survivorship rules and run the reindex, will these changes(as part of survivorship rules) recorded into the QUEUE?

In my experience survivorship rule change doesn't trigger any queue event, further re-index would generate an entity changed event for entities impacted by survivorship  rule change however I doubt if any delta would be identified (In case you are using delta option in queue)

    Thank you Ashish & Gino.

Reindex will be create an event as Entity_Changed and ovChanged= false.

Generally we consume ovChanged=true as we don't want to consume non-operational value changes. Need to consume both to accommodate changes after survivorship rule change
