  • 1.  Relationship attributes 'start_entity' or 'end_entity' parsing failed

    Hi ,

    while loading relationships from the data loader in Reltio I am getting following error :
    Relationship attributes 'start_entity' or 'end_entity' parsing failed

    some of the records are loading fine from the file while some are giving the above error , can anyone help me know the case of this error or how can I resolve it ?

    The first question I would investigate is to determine whether or not the start and end entities exist in Reltio.  They probably do as I believe the error would be different if the entities did not exist.

    Hi Bewan,

    Were you able to identify the issue with loading the relationships?  You may want to also check the file to ensure there are no special characters or extra spaces in these columns that contain the entity id's which could be impacting the load.
