Please see if one of the following two solutions works for you:
1. You can try using the faceted search functionality that is present in the left hand side of the UI. Using the selection boxes, you should be able to select the identifier type and when you select the ID dropdown, it would show counts for each of the values.
This functionality uses the facet search API behind the scenes, you can find more information on this API here, this API should be easy to configure to produce the report you are looking for.
2. You can concatenate the two attribute values and store it in a custom attribute and use the Data Quality dashboard's Frequency analysis section to identify the duplicates. This option requires data model changes and changes to the data load process as well.
