Reltio Connect

Hi Team,

In my survivorship group, for all the attributes, Reltio is having the highest priority.

But if the value from Reltio is having NULL for a particular attribute, then can we ignore Reltio crosswalk and pick up the next priority source system from the order?

Kindly suggest how can we achieve that?

Is the value NULL in text or missing? If the value is missing (actual NULL) then Reltio should automatically pick the next value based priority list.

If the value is 'NULL' in string format then you can create 2 survivorship rules for the attribute. One use filter on value NULL and other without filter.
