    do you mean getting data into Reltio or do you mean the enternal queue to get events out of Reltio?

    If you are looking for real time events from external queue, then it requires consuming the message queue via client. You can use any integration tool which offers a client to consume particular external queue like RIH, MuleSoft etc., or build a utility in any programming language to consume the queue.

    You don't need an API for that. You just need the connection information to the queue. You should get this information from your Reltio contact.
