  • 1.  RIH job terminated with below error Quota Exceeded while trying to create records

    Hi Team,

    In RIH, we are loading 10k company records into DnB. through create option  But it created 6k records in DnB and job terminated with below error.

    Error Type : Quota Exceeded 

    Error Message : Job took longer than the maximum allocated time of 5400 seconds. Actual run time 5400.0 seconds.

    1)Has any one faced it ?

    2)How to change the quota limit if there is any limit on Records it loads in the given time frame

    From a D&B perspective, processing for the match-and-append API is consistent with the amount of records delineated in the D&B contract for products and services.  If the contracted value is exceeded the API will stop and any records over the limit will be disregarded.  It seems like the processing of 10k accounts exceeded the contracted value of allowable transactions outlined in the D&B contract.

    Hi Ravisaiteja Yerra,

    RIH jobs have a time limit of 90 minutes, I see from the screenshot shared, you are creating one record at a time, please try using the batch create, also try using a smaller file so the job can complete within 90 minutes.
