You can look at mapping AddressLine1 and AddressLine2 individually in the inputmap, but in the output map only map DeliveryAddress to AddressLine1.  The DeliveryAddress should return all the cleanssed Address related fields in a single line.  You may then need to use surviviorship on AddressLine2 to OtherAttributeCrosswalkWinner on AddressLine1 to make sure it does not return any input to AddressLine2 if you are moving that data into AddressLine1 via the cleanser.

I tried this and it seems to be working fine , but it is giving "<BR>" in between Addressline 1 and 2. Could you also suggest how to get rid of it?

Agree with Dan  Gage.

But your business requirement mandates that you need to have address line1 and address line2 concatenated before address cleansing,  I would recommend that you concatenate them as part of the data loader functionality and map to Address Line1.
